Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Hobbii account and access your order history to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all yarn skeins are unused, with labels intact, and securely pack them in their original packaging or a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping the tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
